Lexi Grigsby

A Texas native, Lexi Grigsby has called Nashville home since 2022 and joined Oak Street Group Real Estate in 2026 as Director of Operations. With a passion for organization, marketing, and bringing all the details together, Lexi helps sellers navigate the process of preparing and listing their homes with confidence. From coordinating renovations and working with trusted local vendors to overseeing listing preparations and marketing efforts, she plays a hands-on role in making sure every property is ready to shine when it hits the market. Known for her attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to keep things moving, Lexi enjoys creating a smooth, organized experience for clients. She works closely with sellers throughout the listing process, keeping them informed and ensuring everything stays on track. Once a home is under contract, she continues to assist with the details leading up to closing. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats, discovering new restaurants around Nashville, and planning her next travel adventure.
