Josh Morant

Growing up in New Orleans, Josh started playing drums professionally at the age of 16 and fell in love with Nashville on his first visit while touring in 1999. Following years on the road, he stepped away from performing in 2005 to build a career in sales and marketing consulting, partnering with some of the top real estate firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2011, Josh was recruited by his sister-in-law, Brianna, and relocated to Nashville to help expand the business with his wife, Jenny. Working exclusively with sellers and developers for many years, he cultivated a deep understanding of land development, new construction, and commercial real estate. Building on that foundation, Josh expanded his practice to serve a diverse group of investors. He regularly assists seasoned clients with 1031 exchanges, advises landowners on maximizing property value, and guides first-time investors acquiring single-family rentals or multi-family properties. Known for his proactive communication and meticulous attention to detail, Josh is passionate about simplifying complex transactions and delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for every client he represents.
