Jenny Morant

Jenny’s dad served in the US Air Force for 22 years allowing her to experience various places around the world. Her parents wanted their children to appreciate different cultures leading her to develop a passion for helping people at a young age. Jenny received her BA in Psychology at the University of Wales in England and finished her master’s degree in Counseling at Southeastern University in Louisiana. After graduating, she worked as a school counselor. Then in 2009, she took a position as a counselor at NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Health), a non-profit in the Greater New Orleans area.

Brianna recruited Jenny and her husband, Josh, to make career changes and move to Nashville in 2011. Jenny began as a Lead Coordinator in 2011, working alongside Brianna at Keller Williams. Due to Jenny’s incredible success, Brianna encouraged her to take the natural next step and become a licensed realtor working exclusively with buyers. Together, they formed the Oak Street Group.

Over the years, she and Brianna fine-tuned our Specialized Buyer’s Process. Jenny has represented over a thousand buyers in her career. Her success has allowed the Oak Street Group to hire a full-time Showing Specialist and Client Services Manager to work with her in providing buyers a level of service that no other realtor can provide. She enjoys working with all types of buyers, whether they want an urban or a country home with acreage.

Jenny has been featured several times in Real Producers, a national magazine about top agents, and was listed as one of the top realtors in Middle TN by Voyager Magazine. Most recently, she and Brianna were featured as Women of Influence in Home Owner magazine.

Jenny loves Nashville for its melting pot of people, fantastic food (especially Lockeland Table, her favorite place for cocktails with friends), and country music! When she’s not working with the best client group, she spends quality time with her husband and two daughters, Izzy and Emma.
