Brianna was born into a family of real estate investors and grew up learning to think like one. This experience helped her design a unique proprietary real estate process so that her clients would have what she calls, “The Oak Street Advantage”. While real estate is in her blood, it’s her love of people that truly motivates her. Growing up in New Orleans, she was bred to do everything with “lagniappe” (French for, “giving something extra.”). Brianna cares about others, especially her family, clients, agents, and staff. Brianna started out as a real estate investor in 2004 but decided she could do more good by becoming an agent. Shortly after getting her license, providence sent Brianna and her family as evacuees to Nashville through Hurricane Katrina. The people of Nashville were so kind and giving that Brianna knew she had found her new home and established deep roots here in Music City. In her first year as a Realtor®, she was named Rookie of the Year for her brokerage! Soon after she began to hire, train and coach agents within her company to build one of the top teams in Nashville. Her passion for building up other people eventually led her to co-teach a national coaching class on how to help buyers find homes. In 2013 Brianna started Oak Street Group with Benchmark Realty so that she could develop the “Oak Street Advantage”. She personally selected a team of Realtors® and administrative staff to assist in the smooth execution of this proven process.
